How much does the POS software cost?
It depends on how many counters you run and which add-ons you need. After a free demo we send a clear written quote, so you know the full price before you decide. The demo costs nothing.
Does it work outside Sri Lanka?
Yes. The system runs in a web browser, and we set it up with your country's currency, tax rules and receipt format. We work with clients remotely by email, chat and online calls.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows PC or laptop with Chrome or Edge. A standard USB barcode scanner, a thermal receipt printer and a cash drawer are optional but recommended for busy counters.
Does it need internet?
No. The POS runs offline on the shop PC in Chrome or Edge, so billing never stops when the internet goes down. Data stays on that PC, with one-click backups.
How do I see all my branches?
At closing time each branch exports a small file and sends it by WhatsApp or email. The owner imports it and sees sales, profit and stock for every branch together.
Can you add features we need?
Yes. Because we build the software ourselves, we can add the reports, fields or steps your business needs instead of forcing you to change how you work.
